Rekhmire's achievements are measured in his service as Vizier and the enduring value of his tomb. His tomb, TT100, is among the largest and most informative noble tombs from the early New Kingdom, providing a unique window into ancient Egyptian administration and daily life. The 'Installation of the Vizier' text preserved there is considered a cornerstone for studying New Kingdom governance.
