Lady Frost

Brittany Rae Steding is an American professional wrestler known professionally as Lady Frost. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she has carved out a unique niche in the industry with her distinctive "Murder Gymnastics" style that blends high-flying acrobatics with technical precision. As of late 2026, she remains a prominent figure on the independent circuit and within Major League Wrestling following significant career shifts earlier this year.

Her persona is defined by a chilling, ice-themed character often referred to as the "Ice Cold Killer." This archetype allows her to execute psychological warfare inside the ring while delivering physically demanding maneuvers. Steding transitioned from local independent shows to major national platforms like All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor before making headlines in 2026 with her tenure in MLW. [edit]

Brittany Rae Steding grew up in the Chartiers Valley area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong foundation in athletics during her school years. Her early interest in sports provided the physical discipline necessary for her future career, though she did not immediately pursue professional wrestling. Instead, she spent years refining her athletic abilities and building resilience through various competitive activities. While specific details about her childhood education remain private beyond her graduation from Chartiers Valley High School, her background clearly laid the groundwork for her eventual entry into the squared circle.

Before stepping into the spotlight under the name Lady Frost, Steding dedicated herself to mastering the craft on the independent circuit. She made her official in-ring debut in 2018 after years of preparation and training. During these early years, she competed in dozens of matches across various promotions, honing a unique style that combined agility with strategic grappling. This period was crucial for developing the "Murder Gymnastics" moniker that would later become her signature. She built a reputation for artistic execution and resilience long before national promoters took notice, proving her worth through consistent performance rather than sudden fame. [edit]

Lady Frost's breakthrough began in earnest after her 2018 debut when she quickly gained recognition on the independent circuit for her beautiful execution of high-flying moves and powerful kicks. By 2023, her talent caught the attention of major organizations, leading to a pivotal move to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and its sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH). This era allowed her to face top-tier talent and refine her technical precision, transitioning her from a local indie star to a nationally recognized competitor.

A significant chapter opened in April 2026 when she confirmed her departure from AEW to join Major League Wrestling (MLW). Her arrival in MLW was met with excitement, and she quickly integrated into the women's division. By September 2026, she was eyeing the MLW Women's World Championship and formed a tag team alliance with Shotzi against the H.A.T.E. faction. Although she signed an open contract for the Fightland event, she concluded her run with MLW in October 2026. Despite this shift, she continues to maintain a strong presence in the industry through independent bookings and social media engagement. [edit]

Media coverage highlights her technical skill and the uniqueness of her "Murder Gymnastics" style, describing her work as both artistic and dangerous. She avoids tabloid drama, allowing her character to speak for itself in the ring. [edit]
