Inherit the Winds

Set against the turbulent backdrop of the Bakumatsu era in Kyoto, Inherit the Winds reimagines the history of the Shinsengumi through a lens of mystery and memory loss. The series follows Jinsuke Tachikawa, a soldier who arrives in the city with no recollection of his past. He finds refuge under the protection of Sōji Okita, a legendary member of the secret police force known as the Mibu soldiers. This dynamic sets the stage for a narrative that blends historical drama with the intrigue of an amnesiac protagonist navigating a world on the brink of war.[edit]
