Hayam Wuruk

Hayam Wuruk's reign is celebrated as the pinnacle of Majapahit's power and cultural achievement. He is widely regarded as one of the most successful monarchs in Indonesian history, leading the empire to its greatest territorial extent and establishing a legacy of cultural flourishing that endured long after his death. His partnership with Gajah Mada is often cited as a model of effective governance, and his contributions to Javanese culture, particularly through the promotion of wayang kulit, have left an indelible mark on the region's heritage.
