Gyanendra of Nepal

While Gyanendra's reign was marked by controversy and the eventual abolition of the monarchy, his life as a royal figure is historically significant. He was the last sovereign of the Shah dynasty, which had ruled Nepal for over 240 years. His brief infant reign and later turbulent rule are unique in Nepal's modern history. Despite the lack of formal accolades, his role in the transition to a republic remains a subject of study and debate.
