Cao Văn Viên

Cao Văn Viên's career was defined by his steady rise to the top of the ARVN, a path that few others matched. He was one of only two officers in South Vietnam to wear four stars, a testament to his skill and the trust placed in him by both Vietnamese and American leaders.
