Their success has established them as a top act in the developmental division, drawing attention for their chemistry and high-flying style. [edit]

Brad Baylor was born on November 8, 2004, in Fairfield, Connecticut. His early life took place away from the spotlight, with little public information available regarding his parents or siblings. He attended local schools in Connecticut where he developed an interest in sports and performance arts. This initial passion eventually led him toward the world of professional wrestling.

His formal training began around 2021 under the guidance of Paul Roma, a former WWE developmental talent who operates a prominent wrestling school in the Northeast. Before signing with WWE, Baylor spent time building a reputation on the independent circuit. He competed in events such as Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling and the Wrestling Open. During these early years, he faced opponents like Sunset Steve Garcia and Gal Barkay, refining his skills before making the jump to the major stage. [edit]

Baylor's transition to the WWE system marked a rapid ascent in his career. After signing a contract in 2023, he joined the NXT development program. He quickly formed a partnership with Ricky Smokes, creating the tag team Swipe Right. By 2024, the duo had joined the stable known as The Vanity Project, which emphasizes charisma and technical prowess.

In 2025, Baylor and Smokes captured the NXT Tag Team Championships for the first time. They lost the titles earlier in 2026 but regained them shortly after. Their reign continued through several defenses, including a victory against Los Americanos at the Stand & Deliver event in May 2026. In July, they utilized a numbers advantage to retain the championships against another faction.

The team reached a significant milestone on August 30, 2026, at the Heatwave Pay-Per-View. Baylor and Smokes defeated Myles Borne and Tavion Heights to reclaim the NXT Tag Team Titles. This victory solidified their status as top contenders in the division and marked their second reign as champions. [edit]
