Let me put you on game. If you got ADHD, dopamine is your issue. That's doom scrolling, cookies, candies, sodas, anything sweet because your mind doesn't have a reward center. It don't have a lot amount of dopamine so you don't have a reward center. So you have to create that reward center because your world's going to feel boring without that. When you're on that phone all day, you're going to feel overly stimulated so it's going to take all your dopamine. That's when the cookies and the cakes and the sweets come in to balance it out. You want to defeat that dopamine side you you got to create endorphins endorphins are released when you put the body under a certain amount of pressure that's the gym that's running that's the treadmill that's walking anything that puts the body under pressure and on top of that doing everything you don't want to do because on the other side of you doing what you don't want to do is you being proud of yourself that's where your healthy dopamine at in order for you to be successful you have to create healthy dopamines and your healthy dopamines is endorphins doing everything you don't want to do otherwise comfort would be your demise bye
