Guys, what's your go-to test for not being completely out of shape?

Mine is running a mile under 8 minutes. If I can pull that off, I figure I'm doing okay. I'm a Millennial, by the way.

So what's that one random thing you use to check you've still got it? A certain number of push-ups, carrying all the groceries in one trip, whatever.

Curious if this shifts with age. If you feel like it, drop your generation (Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, Gen Z) in your answer. Thanks!

throwing a basketball through the hoop is my barometer too. at 45, I'm just happy to see it bounce off the rim now.

Gen X here, if I can do 15 pull-ups and still run a 6-minute mile without wheezing, I'm golden

30 years in and I still needed to learn how to not fall over when someone bumped into me. The bar really does keep moving.
