About this photo
The image features Vault Boy, the mascot from the Fallout video game series. He is giving a thumbs-up and winking, with a cheerful expression. The style is cartoonish and retro, set against a bright blue background with a yellow burst behind him. A small, faint trademark symbol is visible near the bottom.
