About this photo
The image focuses on two anime characters, a boy holding a girl, with a giant robot looming behind them. The boy, Shinji Ikari, is wearing a school uniform and appears concerned as he cradles the injured Rei Ayanami, who is in a white plugsuit. The mood is dramatic and melancholic, fitting for the anime's style. A notable detail is Rei's bandaged arms and legs, suggesting she's been through a lot. The text "NEON GENESIS EVANGELION" is prominently displayed at the top of the image.
