The focus is on a person dressed as Cruella de Vil, with a man standing to her left. Cruella is wearing a dramatic red and black fur coat, a red hat, and her signature black and white wig. The man is wearing a brown cap and coat, holding a cigarette holder. The mood is theatrical, possibly from a performance or skit. The bright green lighting in the background is visually notable.
