Is it the guy calling the attack heinous, acknowledging that it K-ed 3,000 Americans and should not have happened while asking why it did? Or is it the person claiming George W Bush orchestrated the whole thing? Examining the causes feels less offensive than denying the reality of the deaths entirely.
