Zélia Duncan's four Prêmio da Música Brasileira wins place her among Brazil's most decorated MPB artists. Her album "Eu Me Transformo em Outras" was ranked #72 on Rolling Stone Brasil's list of the 100 Greatest Brazilian Albums of All Time. She was named #28 on Billboard Brasil's 50 Greatest Brazilian Female Singers list in 2020. In 2012, she received the Ordem do Mérito Cultural, one of Brazil's highest cultural honors.

AwardsZélia Duncan has won four Prêmio da Música Brasileira awards: Best MPB Album for "Pré-Pós-Tudo-Bossa-Band" (2005), Best Singer (2006), Best Album for "Pelo Sabor do Gesto" (2010), and Best Live Album for "Tudo Esclarecido" (2014). She also received the Ordem do Mérito Cultural from the Brazilian Ministry of Culture in 2012.
