While Grygera's trophy cabinet is modest, his career is notable for its longevity and consistency across three major leagues. Winning the Eredivisie and Serie A titles places him in a select group of Czech defenders who have tasted championship success abroad. His contributions to the Czech national team, particularly the Euro 2004 semi-final run, remain a source of pride for fans.

AwardsGrygera did not collect individual awards during his career, but he was part of successful teams. With Ajax, he won the Eredivisie in 2003–04 and the KNVB Cup in 2005–06. At Juventus, he earned a Serie A winners' medal in 2011–12, despite being injured for much of the season. He also helped the Czech Republic reach the semi-finals of Euro 2004.
