Raye delivered a bold statement with "Where Is My Husband!", the lead single from her second studio album, This Music May Contain Hope. The British singer-songwriter co-wrote and co-produced the track with longtime collaborator Mike Sabath. After teasing it at festival appearances, she officially released the song through Human Re Sources on September 19, 2025. Stylized in all caps, the track blends contemporary R&B, pop soul, and big band music, showcasing Raye's dynamic range and theatrical flair.

The music video, directed by The Reids, finds Raye chasing an elusive man through surreal black-and-white scenes that burst into color when she appears on stage in a red dress. Commercially, "Where Is My Husband!" became a global hit. It peaked at number one in the United Kingdom, marking Raye's second chart-topper in her home country and her first solo number one. The song also cracked the top 10 in Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland. In the United States, it reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming her highest-charting single there. Critics praised the song's theatrical production and Raye's vocal performance, with many calling it a confident evolution of her sound.

The song went viral on TikTok after Raye performed it as the opening number at her Glastonbury Festival set in June 2025. She completed the track just 11 days before its release. A remix featuring David Guetta and Hypaton followed later in 2025. In support of the single, Raye announced the "This Tour May Contain New Music" tour for 2026, passing through Europe and North America with special guests ABSOLUTELY and AMMA, her two younger sisters.
