VARO Entertainment (바로엔터테인먼트) opened its doors on June 1, 2020, in Seoul's Gangnam district, at Gangnam-gu, Eonju-ro 866. The agency was founded by Eom Heung-beom, a key figure in the launch of BH Entertainment, one of Korea's leading actor management firms. The name VARO carries the slogan '올바로, 똑바로, 지금 바로', 'Straight, Upright, Right Now', a nod to its focus on integrity and immediacy in managing talent.

From the start, VARO positioned itself as a dedicated actor management house. Its first three artists, Gong Seung-yeon, Byeon Woo-seok, and Park Jung-woo, signed exclusive contracts in July 2020, having transferred from BH Entertainment. Since then, the roster has grown to include Lee Chae-min, known for his role in The Glory, and in 2025, TWICE member Jeongyeon joined to launch her acting career. The agency's rapid ascent is notable: Byeon Woo-seok's breakout in Lovely Runner turned him into a global star, and VARO has been described as a young agency that built Korea's fastest-rising actors.

Beyond management, VARO operates a production arm, crafting projects tailored to its talent. While financial details remain private, the agency's ability to attract established stars and its active international social media presence, on Instagram, X, and TikTok, signal a solid footing in the competitive K-entertainment landscape.
