TVF Pitchers

Four friends trading corporate stability for the chaotic promise of entrepreneurship defines the spirit of TVF Pitchers. Created by Arunabh Kumar and broadcast on TVFPlay before moving to ZEE5, this comedy-drama series launched in June 2015 and returned for a second season through late 2022. The show follows Saurabh Mandal, played by Abhay Mahajan, and his roommate Naveen Bansal, portrayed by Naveen Kasturia, as they navigate the messy reality of building a startup from scratch. Supporting them are characters like Yogendra Kumar Pandey (Arunabh Kumar), Bhati (Abhishek Banerjee), Prachi (Ridhi Dogra), and Prabhas Mehta (Sikandar Kher). With ten episodes spread across two seasons and an average runtime of forty minutes, the series captures the high-stakes world of Indian startups with sharp humor and relatable drama. Critics and audiences responded well to its authentic portrayal of young professionals, earning it a solid 7.7 rating despite its mature themes.[edit]
