    About

Paul and Jan Crouch started Trinity Broadcasting Network in 1973 with a single UHF station in Tustin, California. They had little more than a borrowed camera and a vision to put Christian programming on television. Fifty years later, TBN is the largest Christian television network in the world, broadcasting 24/7 to millions of households across the United States and in over 100 countries.

The network grew through aggressive station acquisitions and early adoption of satellite distribution. In 2017, TBN moved its headquarters from Costa Mesa to a new 16-acre campus back in Tustin, where it all began. Today, the network operates four U.S. channels: the flagship TBN, lifestyle-focused TBN Inspire, family-friendly Positiv, and Spanish-language Enlace. It also runs TBN UK, TBN Europe, and TBN Africa, and offers a streaming app called TBN+.

Programming ranges from talk shows and worship services to teaching series, faith-based films, and political commentary. Hosts come from evangelical, Protestant, Catholic, Messianic Jewish, and other Christian traditions. The network is a nonprofit ministry that relies on viewer donations, accepting cash, vehicles, and legacies. Matt Crouch, the Crouches' son, became president in 2015 and now leads the organization.
