Trey Gowdy

Trey Gowdy's record is built on public service rather than trophies. He spent six years as a federal prosecutor and a decade as Solicitor of the Seventh Judicial Circuit before winning a congressional seat in 2010. In Congress he chaired the House Select Committee on Benghazi and the House Oversight Committee, roles that put him at the center of some of the most watched investigations of the Obama and Trump eras. His post-congressional career as a Fox News host and novelist shows a rare pivot from law and politics to media and fiction.
