Trae Young has achieved rare feats in basketball. He is the only player in NCAA history to lead the nation in both points and assists in a single season, and the first major conference player to tally 800 points and 250 assists in a season. In the NBA, he has been a four-time All-Star and an All-NBA selection, and he led the league in assists in 2023. His playoff performance in 2021, including a 48-point game in the conference finals, cemented his reputation as a clutch performer. Young's combination of scoring and playmaking places him among the elite point guards of his generation.
