Tim Wellens has built a career that any rider would envy, with a record four Benelux Tour overall titles and victories on three continents. His ability to win in one-week stage races and on the biggest Grand Tour stages shows a rare versatility. The 2025 Tour de France stage win was the crowning achievement of a career marked by persistence and hard work. He has also represented Belgium with distinction, adding the national time trial title in 2024.

AwardsWellens has won numerous cycling competitions, including the Benelux Tour overall four times, a record for that race. He has also taken UCI World Tour victories at the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal, Tour de Pologne, and Tour of Guangxi. His Grand Tour stage wins include two at the Giro d'Italia, two at the Vuelta a España, and one at the Tour de France. In 2024, he added the Belgian National Time Trial title.
