Thiago Volpi

Thiago Volpi stands out as one of the few goalkeepers to secure the ultimate prize in South American club football: the Copa Libertadores. His role in Grêmio's 2017 triumph, particularly his heroics in the penalty shootout against Independiente, remains a defining moment in the tournament's recent history. Beyond that continental crown, he has demonstrated longevity and consistency across three different countries and multiple top-flight leagues. His ability to perform under pressure has earned him the respect of coaches and teammates alike, marking him as a true winner in every club he has represented.
