The Rocketeer

In the summer of 1938, a Hollywood stunt pilot named Cliff Secord stumbles upon a prototype jetpack left by his late mentor. The device transforms him into a masked aviator capable of soaring above Los Angeles, but it also draws the attention of a ruthless gangster and a shadowy Nazi agent. Director Joe Johnston brings this dark horse comic book to life with a vibrant blend of adventure and science fiction that feels both nostalgic and fresh.[edit]
