The Neptunes are among the most decorated production duos in music history. They are the first production duo to win the Grammy for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical, and have produced multiple Grammy-winning songs across categories. Their work on Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly earned them the Album of the Year Grammy. They have been named Producer of the Year by Billboard three years running. In 2020, they were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, a rare honor for a production team.
