Thony De La Rosa lands in Las Vegas with one goal: get her son Luca the medical treatment he desperately needs. What starts as a desperate gamble becomes a double life. Thony uses her medical knowledge to read crime scenes the way other cleaners cannot, turning her into an asset for the very criminals she fears. The series ran four seasons on FOX from January 2022 to June 2025, totaling 46 episodes. The show was created by Miranda Kwok and inspired by the Argentine series La Chica que Limpia. It was produced by Warner Bros. But when her visa is denied and the hospital demands payment she cannot afford, Thony finds herself trapped in a country that offers no safety net. Her brother-in-law, a low-level casino worker, introduces her to Arman Morales, a fixer for the local crime syndicate. Arman offers Thony a way out: clean a murder scene, and he will help with Luca's medical bills.

Thony takes the job. She is a fast learner, and her medical training gives her an edge. She can identify cause of death, spot forensic details, and even perform emergency surgery when a job goes sideways. The syndicate's boss, Hayak Barsamian, takes notice. Soon Thony is not just cleaning crime scenes. She is laundering money, negotiating with the FBI, and protecting her family from threats on all sides. Each season raises the stakes. In season two, Thony's husband Marco arrives from the Philippines, complicating her relationship with Arman. The FBI pressures her to become an informant. By season three, Thony has climbed the syndicate's ranks, but her moral line blurs. She kills to protect Luca. She lies to everyone she loves. The fourth and final season pushes Thony to a breaking point as she tries to escape the criminal world for good, but the syndicate refuses to let her go.
