Werneck's career is marked by numerous firsts and records. She was the first woman to host a late-night talk show on Brazilian pay TV with Lady Night. She was named Queen of Comedy by Capricho in 2016 and Woman of the Year by GQ Brazil in 2018. She became the first comedian to star in a L'Oréal advertisement in 2018.
