Swag

Justin Bieber stepped into the mid-2020s with Swag, a seventh studio album that arrived on July 11, 2025. The project marks a distinct turn toward sophisti-pop and contemporary R&B, trading his earlier pop hooks for smooth synth textures and intimate vocal runs. Eight tracks fill the runtime, each built on a foundation of self-reflection and modern romance rather than nostalgia. Production duties were shared among a wide circle of collaborators including Daniel Caesar, Carter Lang, Dijon, Poplyfe, Eddie Benjamin, Bernard "BHarv" Harvey, Knox Fortune, and Mk.gee.

Guest appearances from Gunna, Sexyy Red, and Lil B add color to specific cuts without disrupting the album's cohesive flow. Three singles preceded the full release: "Daisies," "Yukon," and "First Place." Critics noted the maturity in the songwriting and arrangement immediately upon drop. Commercial performance matched this critical warmth as the record debuted at number one in over ten countries, including Canada and Switzerland, while hitting the top ten in major markets like the UK and Japan.
