Released on May 8, 2020, "Stuck with U" was a charity single born from the early COVID-19 lockdowns. Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber teamed up for only the second time, crafting a warm pop-R&B ballad with a doo-wop sway. The lyrics celebrate the strange comfort of being stuck inside with someone you love, turning isolation into intimacy. All proceeds went to the First Responders Children's Foundation, supporting kids whose parents were on the front lines. The song's message of togetherness resonated deeply in that moment, but its life beyond the pandemic has been quiet, neither artist ever included it on an album or performed it live.

The music video, directed by a team including Grande and Bieber, was built entirely from fan-submitted clips and footage of the artists themselves. Grande also used the video to publicly debut her relationship with Dalton Gomez.
