Shaun Escayg

Shaun Escayg's record is defined less by trophies than by the trust placed in him by the studios he works for. Directing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy made him one of the few people to helm a standalone entry in a flagship PlayStation franchise. His move to Crystal Dynamics to lead the single-player campaign of Marvel's Avengers showed his range across different kinds of blockbuster IP. Returning to Naughty Dog as a Creative Director, and being linked to a rumored new Uncharted, speaks to the confidence his peers have in his storytelling instincts.
