Lokedi's marathon resume is already the stuff of legend. Winning New York on debut is rare, but she followed it with two straight Boston titles, including a course record that places her among the fastest women ever. Her 2:18:51 clocking in 2026 is a statement of intent, and she's still in her prime. For a runner who came up through the NCAA ranks, her transition to the roads has been seamless, and she's now a benchmark for the next generation.

AwardsLokedi has won major marathon titles, including the 2022 New York City Marathon and consecutive Boston Marathons in 2025 and 2026. She also claimed the NCAA Division I 10,000 meters title in 2018 and the Big 12 Women's Indoor Track & Field Performer of the Year in 2019. Her 2026 Boston win set a course record.
