Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy

Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy's accolades reflect a career dedicated to using film as a tool for social change. She is the only female director to have won two Academy Awards by the age of 37, and her seven Emmy Awards place her among the most celebrated documentary filmmakers of her time.
