Gangs of London

Gareth Evans and Matt Flannery crafted a visceral crime drama for Sky Atlantic that pulses with raw violence and intricate political maneuvering. When Finn Wallace, the patriarch of London's most powerful criminal empire, meets a brutal end, his son Sean steps into the void. Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù brings a quiet intensity to Elliot Finch, an undercover detective who finds himself entangled in this deadly power struggle while Michelle Fairley anchors the family drama as the matriarch trying to hold her fractured clan together. The series ran from April 2020 through May 2025 across three seasons and twenty-five episodes. It blends high-octane action sequences with deep character studies of organized crime families fighting for dominance. Audiences responded strongly to the show's unflinching look at modern gang warfare, earning it a solid 7.8 rating. The narrative weaves through diverse communities in London, exploring how violence ripples outward from a single act of betrayal.[edit]
