Matt's attempt to stay retired crumbles as Fisk's administration starts dismantling the city's underground hero network. The mayor's office quietly funds a task force to hunt down anyone in a mask. Meanwhile, Benjamin Poindexter, the former FBI agent who survived the Netflix finale, resurfaces as Bullseye, now working as Fisk's surgical weapon.
