Shin Ha-ri (Kim Se-jeong) is a food researcher with a warm heart and a chaotic love life. When her best friend Jin Young-seo (Seol In-a) begs her to sabotage a blind date, Ha-ri agrees, planning to show up in a wig and act so obnoxious that the guy runs. But the date turns out to be Kang Tae-moo (Ahn Hyo-seop), the ice-cold CEO of the food company where she works. Instead of scaring him off, she accidentally lands a marriage proposal. Shin Ha-ri works as a food researcher at GO Food, a major conglomerate, where she's known for her sunny disposition and hard work. Her personal life, though, has been a string of disappointments. So when her best friend Jin Young-seo, the chaebol heiress, pleads for help escaping a blind date set up by her grandfather, Ha-ri agrees to go in disguise as the shallow, flashy 'Jin Young-seo' to scare off the suitor. The plan backfires spectacularly when the date turns out to be Kang Tae-moo, the brilliant and notoriously cold CEO of GO Food. Instead of being repelled by her outrageous behavior, Tae-moo, under pressure from his own grandfather to marry, proposes on the spot.
