Scott Glenn

Scott Glenn's record is not measured in statuettes. It is measured in the number of major American films he has quietly improved. He has worked with Robert Altman, Jonathan Demme, John McTiernan, and Mike White, and he has been directed by some of the most exacting filmmakers of the past fifty years. The fact that he was still being cast in prestige television at eighty-six, and still getting profiles written about his preparation methods, says more about his standing in the industry than any trophy case could.
