Scott Foster's career is defined by his remarkable longevity and consistency. He has officiated in the NBA for over three decades, earning assignments to multiple NBA Finals and conference finals. While he has never won an official award, his presence in the highest-stakes games speaks to his standing within the league. However, he is equally known for being voted the worst referee in the NBA by his peers in two separate player surveys, a dubious distinction that has become a defining part of his legacy.
