He was named to Billboard's "10 Chicago Rappers You Need to Know" list in 2020 and received an honorable mention in Complex's "Best New Rappers of 2019." XXL featured him in "The Break" in 2019, and Lyrical Lemonade ranked him No. 38 on its "Top 50 Chicago Rappers of the 2010s" list. His hometown of Harvey, Illinois, awarded him a Key to the City in 2022 and declared August 12, 2023, as "Sauce Santana Day."
