Sareee is a Japanese joshi professional wrestler, born Sari Fujimura on March 31, 1996, in Itabashi, Tokyo. She is currently a freelancer and the head producer and booker of her own promotion, Sareee-ISM.

Sareee is best known for her work across major Japanese promotions including Dream Star Fighting Marigold, JWP Joshi Puroresu, Pro Wrestling Wave, Seadlinnng, Sendai Girls Pro Wrestling, and World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana. She also spent time in WWE under the ring name Sarray, performing on the NXT brand from 2021 to 2023. Her championship resume includes being the inaugural Marigold World Champion, as well as holding the IWGP Women's Championship, Sendai Girls World Championship, and multiple other titles. Her style blends technical wrestling with hard-hitting strikes, and she is widely respected for her skill and versatility.[edit]

Sareee began training in professional wrestling as a child. She made her professional debut in April 2011 at just 15 years old for the World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana promotion. Growing up in Itabashi, Tokyo, she dedicated herself to the sport from an early age. Her debut marked the start of a six-year tenure with Diana, during which she honed her craft in the competitive joshi scene. This early start in a physically demanding sport was a pivotal moment, setting the foundation for her career. She won her first championship, the WWWD World Championship, and also held the WWWD Tag Team Championship during this period.[edit]

After six years with Diana, she transferred to Seadlinnng in February 2017 but left in September 2017 and returned to Diana. She went on to win the JWP Junior Championship, the Princess of Pro-Wrestling Championship, the Sendai Girls World Championship, and the Beyond the Sea Single Championship. In 2020, she signed with WWE and debuted on NXT in 2021 as Sarray, remaining there until 2023. After leaving WWE, she returned to Japan as a freelancer. In late 2023, she signed with the American promotion Sukeban. In 2024, she joined Dream Star Fighting Marigold and became the inaugural Marigold World Champion. She also founded Sareee-ISM, a promotion of self-produced shows, where she serves as head producer and booker. Her contract with Sukeban ended on March 31, 2026, and she continues to wrestle as a freelancer. She also holds the Beyond the Sea Tag Team Championship and the IWGP Women's Championship.[edit]

Sareee is known for her serious, focused demeanor in the ring. Her wrestling style mixes technical grappling with stiff strikes, earning her respect from peers and fans alike. She is often portrayed as a determined competitor who has gained experience across multiple promotions, from the Japanese independent scene to WWE. Her time in WWE under the name Sarray introduced her to a wider audience, and since returning to Japan, she has been embraced as a top-tier talent. Her supporters appreciate her authenticity and skill; she has not adopted a specific fandom name. Her ring name is a stylized version of her first name, Sari.[edit]

Sareee commands a formidable presence in the global wrestling landscape, transitioning from a WWE prospect to a dominant force and creative power within Japanese joshi puroresu. Her influence extends beyond the ring through her role as the head producer of Sareee-ISM, where she curates rosters that blend established legends with emerging talent. As of August 2026, the iFANN Global Fame Engine has evaluated her profile, yet she currently holds no placement in the published rankings for the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. This absence does not diminish her stature; rather, it reflects a unique trajectory where her fame is concentrated deeply within specific wrestling ecosystems rather than distributed across broad general-population metrics. Her fanbase operates without a formal collective moniker, distinguishing her from icons with designated clubs like "The Army." Instead, supporters rally around her production company, engaging directly with her creative vision through live events and social media challenges. The narrative surrounding her career includes viral moments such as a $6,347 slot machine jackpot in Las Vegas during 2026, which fans cite as proof of her charismatic luck. Recent storylines involving neck injuries and high-stakes tournament preparations have further solidified her reputation as a resilient figure whose personal struggles resonate with audiences who value her work ethic. While she lacks a numeric ranking this month, her status as a top-tier promoter and performer ensures she remains a central figure in the industry's ongoing evolution.[edit]

Sareee launched her professional wrestling career at age 15, quickly establishing herself as a versatile competitor across major Japanese promotions including JWP, Pro Wrestling Wave, and Sendai Girls. She later expanded her reach globally with a stint in WWE under the name Sarray before returning to Japan to become a freelancer and the head producer of her own promotion, Sareee-ISM. A Sagittarius by birth, she maintains an active social media presence on Instagram @sarray_wwe and Twitter @Sareee_official. Beyond her in-ring achievements, Sareee has cultivated a legendary persona known as "The Sun God," a title reflecting her energetic style and ability to headline major events. Fans often retell the story of her trip to Las Vegas, where she hit a verified jackpot of $6,347 while waiting for her flight home, adding a layer of modern folklore to her public image. Another significant chapter in her lore involves her resilience against neck injuries in mid-2026, which forced her to miss a month of action and sparked intense speculation about her participation in upcoming tournaments. These narratives of rebirth and survival have cemented her status as a cultural icon in the joshi scene.[edit]

Details about Sareee's family are not widely publicized. She was born and raised in Itabashi, Tokyo, but has not shared information about her parents or siblings publicly. As of 2026, she lives in Japan and keeps her personal life private.[edit]

Per iFANN's editorial analysis, Sareee's net worth stands at $500 Thousand. This financial standing reflects her diverse income streams derived from wrestling contracts spanning her time with WWE and Sukeban, alongside freelance bookings throughout Japan. A significant portion of her earnings stems from her dual role as head producer and booker for Sareee-ISM, where she organizes and profits from self-produced shows that attract top-tier talent. Since her departure from WWE, her net worth has grown steadily as she solidified her position as a sought-after performer and creative leader in the industry. The figure represents a cumulative estimate based on her current market activity and business ventures.[edit]
