Rodolfo Vieira

Rodolfo Vieira entered the world on September 25, 1989, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He built a reputation as one of the most dominant submission grapplers of his generation before moving into mixed martial arts. His family background in the sport runs deep; his sister Ana Carolina Vieira also earned four BJJ World Championship titles. Rodolfo started dominating the mats early and never looked back. He secured four Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Championships and seven Abu Dhabi World Pro titles. He also claimed gold at the ADCC Submission Grappling World Championship while adding two Pan American and European titles to his collection. These achievements placed him among the elite heavyweights in the grappling community. Vieira shifted his focus to MMA in 2015 after establishing himself as a legend on the mats. He signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship in 2019 to compete in the middleweight division.
