Roberto De Zerbi

De Zerbi's achievements are defined by tactical innovation rather than a crowded trophy cabinet. At Brighton, he achieved the club's highest-ever Premier League finish (6th) and first European qualification, a feat widely regarded as remarkable for a mid-table side. His ability to implement a distinct, attractive style across multiple clubs, from Sassuolo's overperformance to Shakhtar's domestic double, marks him as a coach who elevates teams. The 2026 survival of Tottenham on the final matchday, which he called his biggest achievement, underscores his capacity to deliver under pressure. His methods have drawn public praise from elite managers like Jürgen Klopp, cementing his reputation as one of the most original tactical minds in European football.
