Revolution Pro Wrestling

Revolution Pro Wrestling, or RevPro, launched on August 26, 2012, when Andy Quildan split from International Pro Wrestling: United Kingdom and took over its roster and assets. Originally based in Orpington, Kent, the promotion later moved its headquarters to Portsmouth. RevPro quickly made a name by bringing in international stars like AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura for early shows, helping establish a reputation for hard-hitting, technical wrestling.

RevPro is part of the UK's "Big Three" independent promotions alongside Progress Wrestling and IPW. Its annual flagship events include Summer Sizzler, Uprising, and the High Stakes tournament. The promotion has a weekly digital series, RevPro on Demand, and airs on FITE TV and Fight Network UK. A multi-year talent-sharing agreement with All Elite Wrestling, signed in 2022, has brought stars like Will Ospreay and Tomohiro Ishii to RevPro shows. In 2024, the 12th Anniversary Show at London's Copper Box Arena drew over 3,000 fans.

RevPro has faced controversies, including backlash in 2018 for booking wrestlers with alleged misconduct histories, a 2020 fine for running a show during COVID-19 restrictions, and 2023 internal disputes over pay and working conditions. Despite these, the promotion continues to run regular events and maintain its position in the UK scene.[edit]
