Revolut Group Holdings Ltd is a British financial technology company that provides digital banking services through a mobile app. Founded in July 2015 by Nikolay Storonsky and Vlad Yatsenko, the company is headquartered in London's Canary Wharf. As of early 2026, Revolut serves over 70 million retail customers and supports transfers to more than 160 countries. The company's valuation reached $75 billion in November 2025, making it Europe's most valuable fintech startup.

The platform offers a broad range of financial products, including current accounts, debit and credit cards, currency exchange in over 25 fiat currencies, stock trading, cryptocurrency exchange, and peer-to-peer payments. Premium subscription tiers such as Ultra provide perks like unlimited airport lounge access and free mobile data via eSIMs. For businesses, Revolut Business serves over 750,000 clients with multi-currency accounts, payroll processing, and merchant acquiring services. The app supports spending and ATM withdrawals in 120 currencies.

Revolut has faced regulatory scrutiny and controversies, including a probe by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority over compliance systems and allegations of a toxic work culture. Despite these challenges, the company received a UK banking licence (with restrictions) from the Prudential Regulation Authority in July 2024.
