De Ridder's most notable achievement is becoming a two-division champion in ONE Championship, a feat accomplished by only two other fighters in the promotion's history. His submission victory over Aung La N Sang to win the middleweight title is widely regarded as one of the greatest performances in ONE history. He successfully defended his middleweight title once before losing to Anatoly Malykhin.
