Purpled

Purpled — Grayson Wood — is a Virginia-born Minecraft creator who climbed from BedWars grinder to Dream SMP royalty (FamousNamesPedia). He started the channel in 2018 under the names poolboy3 and xPoolboy, won 100 Solo BedWars games in a single day, and joined the Dream SMP in July 2020 as its thirteenth member (MovieCultists, FamousNamesPedia). His channel has passed a million subscribers, and his MCC résumé includes a Championship 22 win (FamousNamesPedia).[edit]

Grayson Wood was born October 24, 2003, in Virginia (FamousNamesPedia). His February 2018 debut video 'Bridging' opened a channel devoted to Solo BedWars technique: strategies, keystrokes, keybinds. The 100-wins-in-a-day grind built his name before any SMP fame. No family detail is public.[edit]

July 2020 was the hinge: Dream SMP membership exposed a BedWars technician to lore-RP millions (MovieCultists). He played the server's conflicts neutrally, profiting whichever side won. Parallel MCC appearances produced wins including Championship 22 (FamousNamesPedia). He graduated high school in May 2022 and moved to North Carolina in 2023, living with Wallibear (FamousNamesPedia). Post-Dream SMP he has discussed viewership decline openly while releasing challenge videos and streaming variety games. Precise MCC counts are unverified and dropped.[edit]

The technician: precise, competitive, quietly funny. Purpled's brand is mastery-first BedWars and challenge content, with unusual candor about post-hype viewership dips (YouTube).[edit]

iFANN-only numbers, read from live data: YouTube: 1,080,000 subscribers, 129,555,745 views (fetched 2026-10-15). Last.fm: no data on record. Popularity rank: #41,587 overall, #31,330 by type (ranked 2026-10-19). He holds no placement in iFANN's Global Fame Engine Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. His iFAMOUS following is competitive-Minecraft loyalists; no fandom name is documented.[edit]

No family detail is public. Wood keeps parents, siblings, and household out of his content; his public domestic life is the North Carolina creator house shared with Wallibear (FamousNamesPedia).[edit]
