Petr Čech's career is decorated with historic achievements. He holds the Premier League record for most clean sheets (202) and the most clean sheets in a single season (24). He is the only goalkeeper to win the Golden Glove with two different clubs and has won it a joint-record four times. In 2023, he became the first goalkeeper inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame. Internationally, he is the most capped Czech player ever (124 caps) and has won the Czech Footballer of the Year award nine times, more than any other player. His Champions League triumph with Chelsea in 2012, where he saved a penalty in the final, remains a defining moment.
