Péter Magyar

Péter Magyar's most significant achievement is leading the Tisza Party to a landslide victory in the 2026 Hungarian general election, ending Viktor Orbán's long rule. His party's performance in the 2024 European Parliament election, nearly 30% of the vote, was the best for a non-Fidesz party since 2006. These political milestones, achieved in just over two years, mark him as a transformative figure in Hungarian politics, though formal accolades have yet to follow.
