Oscar Goodman

Goodman's record is civic rather than competitive. He served three terms as mayor of Las Vegas, a 12-year run that ended only because of term limits. He pushed for major league sports long before the city landed the Golden Knights and Raiders, a campaign that 2026 coverage still credits to him. His place in Southern Nevada Jewish history is documented in the UNLV archive, and his mob-lawyer stories have made him a fixture at The Mob Museum.
