Osama bin Laden

Osama bin Laden received no legitimate awards, honors, or accolades. He was designated a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the U.S. State Department in 1999, indicted for the 1998 embassy bombings, and placed on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorists list. The United Nations Security Council imposed sanctions on him via Resolution 1267. No Hall of Fame inductions, honorary degrees, or national honors apply.
