    About This Album

Released on June 10, 1975, through Asylum Records, the Eagles issued their fourth studio album to immediate commercial success. One of These Nights blended country rock, soft rock, and folk rock into a polished sound that dominated radio formats throughout the summer. The record topped the Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart in July and eventually sold over four million copies within its first year alone.

The session marked a pivotal shift in the band's internal dynamics as Don Felder joined the lineup during recording. His contribution extended beyond guitar work to include lead vocals on "Visions," his only solo performance with the group before Bernie Leadon departed later that year due to creative differences regarding the band's musical direction.
